The Centre implements the most modern programs and curricula, which meet the requirements of modern, advanced education, as well as the community’s need for nationals skilled in the technical, technological and vocational fields. By liaising directly with experienced entities all over the world, the Centre seeks to improve technical and vocational education and training, as well as the students themselves, by getting them in touch with the most recent scientific developments. The Centre makes an abstract variety of research available on modern education, training programs, and curricula, in addition to carrying out theoretical education and practical training sessions by developing an environment balanced between education and training. This allows our students to keep an eye on modern theoretical science and practical field applications without a negative impact on the education process.
At the end of the course:
Technical Education Program is conditional on passing an entrance test in English and Mathematics. Students can enter Technical Education Program from government or private schools as long as they meet the entry requirements.
VTP is for those students who have an interest in vocational studies rather than mainstream academic education, enabling them to become citizens who will play an active role in contributing to the Bahrain’s society and economy. Our programs are industry based, to ensure that NVTC graduates are employable and capable to meet the requirements of the local and International Job Market. VTP offers alternative learning pathways which focus on applied learning methods (hands-on learning). These pathways are well integrated with a personal development program that educates young men in self-discipline, work ethics and employability skills, keeping them on the right track for lifelong employment.
